🔒 Clinic Access – Important Information
At New West Wellness, the safety of our patients and practitioners is our top priority. Please keep the following in mind before you arrive:
Your practitioner will come to let you in at your scheduled appointment time
Our front door remains locked at all times
Please arrive no more than 2 minutes before your appointment to avoid waiting outside
To let your practitioner know you’re here, scan the QR code on the front door
📞 Communication
Email is the best way to reach us. We do not have a receptionist answering phone calls. Please do not leave a message.
💳 Payments
Payments not covered by Extended health will be processed through your credit card on your JaneApp online profile.
We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, Amex
- Direct billing to your Primary Extended Health Plan
- E-transfer to directly to your practitioner (if you do not have a credit card)
Direct Extended Health Billing – What You Need to Do First Before your appointment, please add the following to your Jane profile:
- ✅ Your credit card
- ✅ Your extended health plan details
A credit card on file is required in order for us to direct bill your plan.
