ICBC Massage Therapy FAQs
Do I need a referral?
No, not within the first 12 weeks after your accident.
Which length should I book?
Choose 45-minute follow-ups if you want no out-of-pocket cost, or 60 minutes for longer treatment ($27.65 per visit).
My accident was more than 12 weeks ago. Can I still come?
Yes, but ICBC needs to approve treatment first. Bring your claim number, your ICBC adjuster’s contact information and a current doctor’s referral.
Can I combine massage with physio or chiropractic?
Yes. Many patients book ICBC physiotherapy or chiropractic back-to-back with massage.
