When should I start treatments?

As soon as possible preferably within the first 12 weeks since your accident.
Book in with whichever practitioner you can get in the quickest
Book an initial visit with all disciplines (Acupuncture, Chiropractor and Massage)

Can I do more than one treatment type the same day?

Yes. In fact, we recommend combining several approaches. While it may not be practical to do all disciplines the same day, we do suggest you have an initial appointment with each treatment.

What if I am not recovered in 12 weeks?

As long as you are receiving ongoing treatment, any of the treatment providers can request an extension to treatment. For example, your Chiropractor can request additional 10 visits if you have not reached your desired outcome yet.

Do I need a doctor referral?

Not needed if in the first 12 weeks of the accident. ICBC may ask for a doctors referral if more treatments are needed after the allotted amount or if treatment is after the 12 weeks since the accident.

My accident happened over 12 weeks ago. Am I still covered?

We would need approval from ICBC. Let us know your full name, claim # and ICBC adjusters contact information and we will facilitate this for you. A current Doctors referral would be helpful with this process.
