  1. Sit or stand tall with your spine aligned.
  2. Gently tilt your head toward your left shoulder.
  3. Hold for 10 seconds, breathing slowly.
  4. Repeat on the right side.

2. Shoulder Rolls

  1. Stand relaxed with arms at your sides.
  2. Roll your shoulders forward in slow, controlled circles five times.
  3. Reverse direction and roll backward five times.
