When should I start treatments?

Start as soon as possible, preferably within the first 12 weeks after your accident.

Book with whichever practitioner has the soonest available appointment.

Schedule an initial visit with all disciplines (Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture) if possible.

Can I do more than one treatment type the same day?

Yes! We recommend combining treatments when possible. While it may not be practical to do all disciplines on the same day, having an initial appointment with each type is encouraged.

What if I am not recovered in 12 weeks?

If you’re still receiving treatment, your practitioner can request additional sessions. For example, a chiropractor can request 10 extra visits if needed to reach your desired outcome.

Do I need a doctor referral?

Within the first 12 weeks: No referral needed.

After 12 weeks or if additional treatments are required: ICBC may ask for a doctor’s referral.

My accident happened over 12 weeks ago. Am I still covered?

We will need ICBC approval. Please provide:

  • Full name
  • Claim number
  • ICBC adjuster contact information
  • Current doctor’s referral
