Booking Message

🔒 Clinic Access
For the safety of our patients and practitioners, the front door remains locked. Please arrive only a couple of minutes before your appointment to avoid waiting outside. You will be let in be your practitioner.

📞 Communication
We do not have a receptionist. Phone calls may not be returned promptly—Email is the best way to reach us for a faster response.

💳 Payments

  • Payments are processed through your Jane online profile using Visa or MasterCard or/and Direct billing to your extended health. Please ensure your credit card and Extended Health plan is added to your file in advance.
  • If you do not have a credit card, we also accept e-transfers.
