Cancellations & Missed Appointments
The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Guests who do not honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for treatments will be charged full price. Missed Appointments will be charged full price.
Late Arrival
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled ten minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the ten-minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time (so the next guest is not delayed).
