Our Policies
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Patients who do not honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for treatments will be charged full price. Missed Appointments will be charged full price.
As a courtesy to our other patients, appointments will be automatically cancelled ten minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the ten-minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time (so the next patient is not delayed).
